We don’t mean to brag… but GoSoles insoles typically outlast the pair of shoes they’re fitted to. Even with heavy use, people typically get a good 12 months out of their GoSoles—minimum!

Because your feet are gaining a new level of support and control, they may take a few days to become accustomed. As GoSoles Sustain insoles also work to correct leg alignment, you may experience some initial discomfort through the calves and quads. If you have ongoing pain that isn't resolved by GoSoles, we suggest contacting a medical professional.

Competitor insoles are often injection moulded, then adorned with stuck-on features. This negotiates the structural integrity of the insole and creates hard pressure points for the wearer. GoSoles are 3D milled from a sold block of foam to create a consistent foam structure that minimizes pressure points. This technology ensures your heel, arch and forefoot are correctly supported for optimum comfort. You’ll also notice that GoSoles custom insoles are comprised of two layers of foam. That top layer has a cushioning effect that naturally shapes to the features of your foot through body heat, body weight and wears. Kind of like a hug. Shoes aren’t usually sized like clothing (small, medium, large). We’ve done this to accommodate the differences between shoe brands, and give you enough wiggle room to cut your GoSoles down to size for a perfect match with your favourite kicks. Glad you asked. GoSoles Sustain insoles are designed to fit your everyday shoes. We’re talking regular-fit, closed-in footwear like sneakers, gym shoes and work boots. We fear dress shoes might be too narrow in design to allow your GoSoles to lie flat. Watch this space though, we’re working on expanding our range to be more shoe inclusive.
